Commercial Kitchen Hire

Our fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for hire on an hourly basis. Ideal for small businesses, caterers, bakers, and food entrepreneurs needing a small professional-grade space without a full-time lease.

7-tray combi oven (Cheftop gas)
18L natural gas fryer (Trueheat)
Blast chiller (5-tray Tecnomac)
Commercial undercounter dishwasher
KitchenAid food processor

Ice machine
Short-term fridge and freezer storage
Cooking equipment and utensils
Stainless steel prep benches
Two sink stations
Front door access code

Kitchen Hire Rates

Casual hire: $60 per hour plus GST
Permanent hire: $50 per hour plus GST, with a minimum of five hours per week under an ongoing agreement
Security deposit: $500 per rental term, refundable following a successful check-out
Dry storage: $50 per week, subject to availability
Cold or frozen storage: Available under a separate storage policy and agreement

Kitchen hire is invoiced monthly, with payment due within seven days. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions apply.

Food Act Permit Address

If you need to use our business address for your Food Act permit application:

Setup fee: $400 plus GST, one-off
Maintenance fee: $100 plus GST per month

These fees are payable on the day the invoice is issued.

To hire the kitchen, you’ll need to complete an application form, provide a police check and references, agree to our Rental Policy, and supply a Certificate of Currency for PI and PL Insurance.
